Peter Gillard

I came to Aikido in 1966, it never entered my mind I would be still practicing 40 years on, but Aikido became an important part of my life.

During my time, besides Chiba Sensei and Kanetsuka Sensei inside the BAF, I have practiced with many senior Shihan both here and in Japan and importantly shared the Aikido of many others from novice to senior Yudansha.

I continue to learn and discover the beauty and path that O'Sensei left us.

It is now my responsibility to encourage and share with others the Aikido my seniors share with me.
