Biography

My Aikido journey started when as a 17 year old I attended a jiu jitsu class taught by an Aikido instructor. At his suggestion I tried Aikido and I’ve been practicing it ever since.

After moving to UK I joined Chester club where I practice to this day. In 2022 I opened a dojo in Northwich where I teach every Thursday.

Throughout the years I have attended many courses in the UK and abroad. To me Aikido is more than martial art, it’s being part of community, making friends. Aikido has no borders; it doesn’t matter where you are from, what language you speak Aikido unites us all.

I am looking forward to see Aikido becoming popular again and many more people enjoying it as much as I do.
